Returning Merchandise

We take great pride in the quality of our merchandise. If for any reason, you're not satisfied with your purchase, we've outlined the following guidelines to help make your return a smooth and seamless experience:

  • You may return your unused item in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt.
  • Unless your item is received damaged, or there was some error on our part, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Because refunds will not be issued in full for items damaged in return shipping or returns that are never received, we highly recommend that you insure all return shipments and provide oak idea support with the shipment tracking number.
  • Please note that we cannot accept returns on monogrammed/personalized items, special order upholstery items and special order rugs, one-of-a-kind rugs or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. We also cannot accept returns of final sale items.
  • Original receipt is required for all cash and credit refunds. Please note returns without original receipts will not be accepted. Returns without original receipt will be exchanged or refunded for Merchandise Credit at the current selling price.
  • Upon return, your item will be inspected, and exchanges, credits and refunds will be issued for the purchase price only.
  • Returns with gift receipts are exchanged or refunded for Merchandise Credit at the value on the gift receipt.
  • Price adjustments will be honored within 14 days of purchase with original purchase receipt. Please note, delivery fees are not refundable. Return shipping and re-stocking fees may apply.

Stocked Furniture

We carefully inspect each item prior to shipment, and also require your inspection and signature upon delivery. Should you discover a defect in your furniture, however, please contact us at +1 (973)-264-1224 immediately.

Custom Orders

Custom orders begin production immediately upon order and are built to your specifications. They cannot be cancelled, changed, returned or refunded at any time. A non-refundable 50% deposit will be taken when the order is placed.


All prices in our catalogs and online are in US dollars and are subject to any applicable taxes according to state and local laws. Availability, prices and delivery rates are subject to change.


There may be errors in the prices, descriptions or images of certain merchandise, and we must reserve the right to restrict orders of those items.
